This policy outlines the process for returns and refunds for international retail customers.
1. Return Eligibility

Time Frame: You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to initiate a return.

Condition: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.

Proof of Purchase: You will need to provide the original order number or a receipt as proof of purchase.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene, customization, or specific product nature:

Custom-Fitted or Custom-Built Clubs: Due to their personalized nature (specific shaft, grip, length, lie angle), clubs that have been custom-built to your specifications are final sale and cannot be returned unless they are deemed defective or damaged upon arrival.

Used Golf Balls.

Opened or Used Gloves.

Any product that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or shows signs of wear.
3. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Contact Our Customer Service: Before shipping anything back, you must contact our customer service team at info@kasmaxgolf.com or via phone at +86 136 3176 9313. Please provide your order number and the reason for the return.

Receive a Return Authorization (RA) Number: Our team will guide you through the process and issue you a Return Authorization (RA) number. Returns received without an RA number may not be accepted.

Package and Ship Your Return: Securely package the item(s) in the original packaging, include a copy of your receipt, and clearly write the RA number on the outside of the box. Ship your return to the following address:

4. Shipping Costs for Returns

Customer-Initiated Returns: The customer is responsible for all shipping costs incurred to return the item. These costs are non-refundable.

Defective or Incorrect Items: If you received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately. We will cover the return shipping costs and provide you with a pre-paid shipping label.
We strongly recommend that you use a trackable shipping service and purchase shipping insurance for your return. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item and are not responsible for items lost in transit back to us.
5. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the status of your refund.

Timing: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

Deductions: Please note that for returns not due to our error, the cost of original outbound shipping is non-refundable.
6. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an eligible, non-custom item for a different size or model, you must process a return and place a new order.
7. International Considerations
As an international customer, you are responsible for:

Customs & Duties: Any customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees charged for the original shipment or the return shipment are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.

Return Address: Please ensure the returned package is clearly addressed to our facility in Dongguan, China, as provided above.
