All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays) after payment verification. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing may occasionally take slightly longer. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has left our warehouse.

These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are payable by the recipient upon arrival of the shipment. KASMAX Golf has no control over these fees.

Address Accuracy: Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Shipping to P.O. Boxes is not available for international orders.
Returns
We offer a 30-day return policy for items in their original, unused condition. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. All import duties and taxes paid are non-refundable.
